Here's my simple theme design for Amazon affiliate store. This site using a commercial cheap PHP script (about $12 if I'm not wrong) called FastAmazon that you can buy from CodeCanyon.

Simple Store Design

This is a Zazzle affiliate online shop with clean and simple design. Using php script that Zazzle provide for their affiliates, I used a free css template and custom it to look like this with blue theme hoping people like it.
