Here's a custom template work on Magz Plazza a commercial template from TemplatePlazza to make it looks more simpler and minimal. Take a look at the original Magz Plazza live demo here so you can see the differences.

Unfortunately I still can't make a Masonry and lazy load effect, one of this Magz Plazza template feature, to work on one of my site. Have a look the custom work with simple and minimal looks here at my online shops minimal design gallery site.
