Yesterday I found a funny things while doing a little research for my next project. I was Googling for something about any  minimal Joomla site design resources and came to this site. This site is still being under development and I was so interest about their soon to launch club template because it was what I was looking for. I like this site design for sure because I also a minimal design fan. I don't want to publish their link in here. You can see the image on the left part of they undercontruction template.

The funny thing is when I was trying to look at their source file to see whether they true using Joomla and what template that they use for this under construction site, I found these Viagra selling reference links to other site. These links is not only 10 as can be seen on the image below. But they are 105 links!! From Viagra, Cialis, Pharmacy, Levitra links etc.

Ahh for your info they have a Google PageRank of 5. IF that's how they make money online before getting real money from their template club then that's very interesting. That's a huge income for just Joomla Under Construction site. A 100x$25 - let's say $25 per link for a site with PR5 - it's a $2500, not bad laah! Hmmm....very interesting on how making money online using this idea. Thanks Folk.
