I wite this post to try these plugins I found today. Finally we got a must have feature for our Joomla-based blog site. JED just publish a new plugin called BlogPing from Daniel Eliasson. What's the BlogPing? It's a ping-functionality to Joomla, just like the ones you see in Wordpress-based blog sites. A ping i basically a shout out to an update server, that your site has fresh content. The Update Server will then list your article automatically to it's blogpost listings.

As you can see on the download page Daniel also has an interesting plugin to try when you care about traffic for your blog site, it's called JoomlaTwitterTweet. JoomlaTwitterTweet will change your Twitter status to username and the title of your newly created blog post or article. And now I'm trying it as I write this article and let's see if this work on my TweetStatus on the right side inset position.
