Here are two minimal and clean free Joomla 1.5 templates that we might be overlooked at.

They are LighTheme from Lightheme which offers simple 2 column style and 6 module positions in grey and white theme. And the other one is AntesAte from GlobbersThemes which offers black and white minimal theme. AntesAte has more module positions to use.
